Premier Mortars feature in the Guinness Premiership

Premier Mortars, the national mortar manufacturing division of Marshalls plc, is currently supplying pre-mixed and ready-to-use mortar to Hodgkinson Builders (Midlands) Ltd for the replacement Leicester Tigers spectator stand project being developed by main contractor, Galliford Try.

Hodgkinson recently bought ready-to-use mortar from Premier Mortars at its Staveley site, near Nottingham, and were delighted with the product and service received. As a result, Premier was the chosen mortar supplier for the brick and block-work on the prestigious new Tigers development.

Premier Mortars has incorporated Hodgkinson’s requirements into its daily deliveries of ready-to-use mortar to customers throughout the East Midlands region. These are supplied from the state-of-the-art, new production facility in Wolverhampton, utilising multi-pod delivery vehicles. Premier Mortars’ other Midlands-based mortar and screed production units are located in Ilkeston, Derby and Brinklow, Coventry.
